This line of stationary gift items was produced for the famous La Scala opera house in Milan, Italy. The challenge was to create a range of themes – both modern and classic – bearing similar branding. Scenes of opera highlights were redrawn into modern silhouettes and product lines dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi and Maria Callas were created using the theatre's rich photo and poster archive. This first-ever commissioned line for the theatre was produced during the conductorship of Riccardo Muti, who uncharacteristically made no modifications to the designs.
